Solar Panel Installation
The solar panel installation company Encore has received a glowing review from Meg Armstrong, who gave them a 5-star rating. Armstrong praised the company for doing a great job on a solar project at her active dairy farm in Essex Junction, Vermont. She noted that the project resulted in an annual lease payment that has allowed her to improve the farmstead, maintain soil integrity, and diversify the farm's use while producing clean renewable energy.
Customer Service Issues
However, a negative review from Kirk Sparkman highlights significant issues with customer service. Sparkman gave Encore a 1-star rating, stating that he has been unable to get in touch with anyone at the company despite multiple tries. He calls into question the company's commitment to customer service, stating that if a company does not answer the phone during business hours, customers are not receiving the service they deserve.
