Disappointing Experience
Several customers have had issues with this company's customer service and product quality. John Hathaway gave a 1-star review, stating that the owner failed to respond to his emails and refused to correct an online order mistake. He was told to pay for shipping and restocking fees, despite being willing to cancel the order and reorder the correct item. Bobby Gallagher also had a positive experience, but this was an exception. The majority of the negative reviews focus on poor customer service.
Unacceptable Product Quality
Philip Van Harreveld's experience is a prime example of a product quality issue. He ordered a refrigerator in May 2015, but upon arrival, it was defective. After two attempts at repair, the item is still not working, and the manufacturer is unwilling to provide a full refund. This experience has been a lengthy and frustrating process for Van Harreveld.
