I spent the better part of a year evaluating a host of solar alternatives, including those recommended by online solar system experts. In the end, the low key, professional, well-informed and accessible people I met (Matt Powers, Kim Monge Fera and others) won my business. I could not be happier with the way the installation went. I have since had them install the Tesla Powerwall 3 system and I have recommended them to a number of my friends and neighbors. They were a terrific choice for me.

I would highly recommend Virtue Solar! From the first contact and estimate, Peter and Matt were very helpful in getting my system designed for my needs. Deven and Jared and the install team were super professional and knowledgeable about the process and helpful in answering my questions throughout the install. And Kim in logistics kept it all running smoothly and on time. I can't stress enough how happy I am that a local company did such a superb job with my setup.

They have been great for us. Weve had them design and install four systems thus far. One ground mount and three roof mounts. The folks at Virtue are easy to work with. They are very responsive, reliable and professional. They know their stuff and they are definitely price competitive. We will utilize their services again.

We were connected with Virtue Solar through the Solarize Virginia project and were satisfied from start to finish. The initial contact was quick and friendly. The assessment was realistic and they didn't oversell our production capability. Installation was smooth and they handled all the contact with the electrical coop and county permits timely. When our panels were up and running, we hit a snag on actually being able to use the app and get our data from the equipment.
Virtue Solar worked with us well above and beyond any customer service I have experienced anywhere lately with numerous and lengthy attempts to problem solve (and, ultimately, finding a solution).The response and help were superlative. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The system has worked flawlessly and I havent had an electric bill to speak of since install. Service was professional, well priced, and the finished product looks beautiful. I would recommend these guys all day to anyone in Va looking to go solar. I dont give out top notch reviews to those who dont deserve it ( look at my review history) but virtue totally does.

Virtue Solar nailed our solar project. We installed a 14.5kw system with their help. Spec'ed it, came in the lowest bid but handled everything really well. Had some normal software issues with the technology (not a big deal), but they worked with the manufacturer to fix it no problem. Nothing negative to say - just great work at a fantastic price. Really happy with all of it.
